Message	sometimes the pearl may be integrated with the clear in cheaper paint jobs. True single-stage paint is rarely used anymore, since base/clear is much more forgiving when it comes to fixing mistakes. Non-metallic colors should not be problematic, except for fading of the original paint. Even then, as long as the fade is uniform, a match should not be that difficult (for a person with the right skill set and equipment).
